HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. medium sharp cheese, grated
2/3 c. broken potato chips

Mix all ingredients except cheese and chips. Turn into shallow buttered dish. Top with cheese and chips.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

Serves 6.
