POTATO DELUXE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. chopped fresh onion
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Melt small amount of butter in oven proof baking dish in slow oven. Mix potatoes, onion, cheese, sour cream, soup and place in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove, top with crushed corn flakes and bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 8 to 10.
