MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
Few drops liquid hot pepper seasoning
1-1 1/2 lb. flank steak

Mix the garlic, oil, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy, mustard, pepper and hot pepper seasoning. Place steak in a shallow dish and pour on the marinate. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
