BISCUITS 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. dry milk powder
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 c. lukewarm skim milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add oil to warm milk. Pour over dry ingredients and mix lightly with fork. Drop biscuits on lightly greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on size of biscuit.
