LO FAT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE | |
1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. canola oil 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. honey 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 2 egg whites Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Shape into walnut size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork in criss cross. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. |
