CHEESE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 pt. milk
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Nance's mustard

Make above into cream sauce and pour over rice fixed as directed on box (1 1/2 cups boiling water and 1/4 cup Minute Rice; cover, remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or slowly until needed.
