QUAHOG CASSEROLE 
10 oz. heavy cream
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. chives
10 oz. sweetcorn, drained
8 oz. peeled shrimp
15 Quahogs, chopped
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all but cheese, bread crumbs and butter together. Pour into a greased souffle dish. Mix cheese and bread crumbs and spread on top. Dot tops with butter. Bake 1 hour or until tops is golden brown. Serves 4. Goes well with garlic bread.
