SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. squash, cooked tender, mashed
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 sm. can pimiento
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix and put in casserole. Cover with bread crumbs that have been tossed and browned slightly in butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
