GOLDEN GRANOLA (MICROWAVE) 
3 c. oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked
1 c. shredded or flaked coconut
1 c. pecans
1/3 c. honey
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients except raisins in large bowl, mix well. Put in round dish (I use a large deep dish Pyrex pie plate). Cook in microwave full power for 5 minutes. Take out and stir, put back and cook for 3 minutes, stir again and cook for 2 minutes. Add raisins and stir and cool and continue to stir every few minutes until cool. Store in air tight container. Serve with milk.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
