MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
1 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) bottle light soy sauce
12 lean pork chops

Mix Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Pour over chops; marinate in refrigerator overnight. Next day, cook on grill on high heat until meat is seared, then turn grill to low. Cover and cook until chops are tender and done.
