CREME DE MINT CAKE | |
Use 9 x 13 inch pan. Make 1 package Pillsbury Plus white cake mix according to directions adding 3 tablespoons creme de mint lacquer and 2 drops of green food coloring. Bake and cool. Spread with 1 can of Hershey fudge topping. Top with one 9 ounce container of Cool Whip that has been blended with 3 tablespoons creme de mint lacquer, 2-3 drops of green food coloring. Refrigerate. May be made ahead. |
