GRAND LAKE MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix until fluffy. 1/2 c. coconut 1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt

Add to the first mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. When done spread a 7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme over top.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
5 tbsp. milk

Bring to a boil, add 4 1/2 cups confectionery sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put on top of marshmallow topping.
