5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 scant tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. buttermilk
6 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg

Beat well and pour into doughnut maker.
