TURKEY SALAD SANDWICH 
1 - 1 1/4 lbs. raw ground turkey
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. chopped celery
4-6 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Crumble ground turkey in a microwave safe 2 quart casserole. With fork, stir in onion and poultry seasoning. Cover with paper towel. Cook on high 4-6 minutes or until turkey no longer is pink. Chill. Add remaining ingredients. May also cook on top of stove.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
