CREAMY HUMMAS 
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)
6 cloves Garlic, Peeled
6 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
2 (19 oz.) cans Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) Rinsed & Drained

Place first 3 ingredients in food processor, process until smooth. Add juice and remaining ingredients; process until smooth scraping sides occasionally.

Serve with pita bread.
