WASSAIL 
2 qts. apple juice
2 1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 c. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 inch) stick cinnamon
1 tsp. whole clove

Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven, boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes. Uncover and simmer 20 minutes more. Strain and discard cinnamon and cloves. Serve hot. Yield 3 quarts.
