CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers
1 can cherry, strawberry or blueberry pie filling
Cupcake or tart size paper liners

Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla with mixer. Put wafer in paper liner (right side up). Fill 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture. Put 3 cherries, strawberries, blueberries, etc., on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Freeze or keep in refrigerator. Serves 36 - depends on liner size.
