NEW MEXICO CORN CASSEROLE 
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick butter
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 can chopped green chilies

Melt butter and cream cheese together over low heat. Add to corn and chilies. Mix well. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. (Grated cheese or crumbled Fritos may be added on top if desired).
