1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. 30 seconds in a blender on high or one minute with a hand beater. Pour into a pie plate. Bake until a knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with mixed fresh fruit if desired.
