CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CAKE 
Mix up one German chocolate cake mix according to instructions. Pour half into cake pan (9x13). While this is baking, melt 1 lb. caramels with 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Pour this over baked part of cake, put pecans on, then cover with other half of cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees until done, approximately 10 to 12 minutes each layer.
