ESCALLOPED CORN 
1 can creamed corn
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
Add a pinch of garlic or onion salt

Put corn in mixing bowl. Add cracker crumbs. Beat egg, then add cheese and milk and other ingredients. Bake in uncovered casserole dish in a fast oven, 400 degrees, for 35 minutes.
