MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 or 1 1/2 lbs. extra lean hamburger
6 corn tortillas
1 lg. can Ranch style beans
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated cheese
6 more tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, run through blender
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown meat; drain, salt, pepper, and crumble into bottom of a casserole dish. Layer rest of ingredients in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
