CHEER EM UP SALAD 
1 pkg. each (3 oz.) Jello orange & lemon
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice
1 c. coarsely grated carrots
1 container (8 oz.) plain or pineapple orange yogurt

Combine orange and lemon; dissolve in boiling water. Measure 1 cup; chill until slightly thickened. Add cold water to remaining gelatin. Add pineapple with juice and carrots. Pour into mold. Chill until set but not firm. Blend yogurt into reserved gelatin. Spoon into mold. Makes 9 servings.
