WHITE YEAST BATTER BREAD 
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar

Bring to a boil in medium saucepan. Cool to lukewarm.

2 tbsp. yeast (4 pkg.)
1 c. water

Dissolve yeast in water. Add cooled milk mixture. Add 4 1/2 cups flour. Beat until rubbery. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Beat 30 seconds. Put bread into greased pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from pan, slice when cool.
