BARBECUE CHICKEN 
8 chicken legs
8 chicken thighs
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. oil

Wash and dry chicken.

Mix liquid until well blended.

Place chicken in GLASS (no metal) baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight turning once.

Next day - bake chicken (in sauce) for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Brown chicken on barbecue grill. (Chicken browns quickly because it is already cooked.)
