TIME - TO - SPARE - RIBS | |
1 Reynolds cooking bag (14 x 20) 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce Chopped onion Chopped green pepper (optional) Spare ribs (3 1/2 lb.) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shake flour in bag. Add BBQ sauce, onions and green pepper. Squeeze bag to blend all. Place ribs in bag, turning to coat ribs. Place bag in 9 x 13 inch baking pan/dish. Slit top in 6 places with 1/2 inch slits. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours. |
