BROCCOLI PEAS CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can green peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli and drain. Arrange in 2 quart casserole. Cover with peas. Mix remaining ingredients except crackers. Pour 1/2 of mixture over broccoli and peas. Add another layer of broccoli. Pour last half of sauce over broccoli. Top with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
