MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni

Cook macaroni according to package directions. When done; drain.

CHEESE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
6-8 slices cheese

Melt butter in saucepan, then stir in flour, then add milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Remove from stove and stir in cheese until melted. Pour over drained macaroni and serve.
