MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated American cheese (1/2 lb.)
1/4 c. sm. bread cubes
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook macaroni according to directions on package; drain well. Place in greased 2-quart baking dish.

Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan. Add flour and seasonings and blend. Add milk and stir constantly until mixture just starts to thicken.

Remove from unit. Stir cheese into sauce and pour over macaroni. Mix slightly to distribute. Mix crumbs and paprika with butter; spread over macaroni mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
