BRAN MUFFINS 
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. All-Bran or Bran Buds cereal
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Sift first 4 ingredients together. Set aside. Stir together cereal and milk. Let stand 1/2 minute or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Pour into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

1 muffin = 115 calories, 3 grams protein, 5 grams fat, 17 grams CHO.
