CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
SALAD:

1 head lettuce, thinly cut
3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
3 green onions, thinly cut
2 carrots, grated
1/2 pkg. wonton skins, thinly cut and deep fried
1/2 pkg. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

DRESSING:

1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sesame oil

Prepare all salad ingredients. To prevent sogginess, mix and toss salad just prior to serving. Double recipe for large group.

Mix all dressing ingredients. Double or triple recipe as needed. Serve dressing over salad just prior to serving.
