FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. 18 oz. sugar cookie dough (Pillsbury in refrigerator section)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
3 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruit such as: bananas, strawberries, kiwi, apricots, raspberries, etc.
1/3 c. orange marmalade, apricot or apple jelly
2 tbsp. hot water

Slice cookie dough very thin and overlap on a pizza pan. Spray pan first. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool a very long time.

Cream together: cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth.

Spread over cooled crust. Cut fruit, place on cream cheese mixture. Mix together hot water and jelly. Brush top of fruit.
