SUGARLESS ALMOND COOKIES 
2 cubes butter
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. almond extract
1/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. Sucaryl
2 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda

Mix all with hand until dough will not stick to bowl. Use more flour if needed. Roll out to 1/8" thick, cut with round glass 3". Put on greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with egg white and 1 tablespoon Sucaryl beaten together. Decorate with raisins, walnuts or almonds. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly brown.
