CHILI QUICHE APPETIZERS 
1 can (4 oz.) whole green chilies, drained, seeded & chopped
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. half & half
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce, if desired

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 second sin blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.

Pour into pan. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Cut into about 1 1/4 inch squares. Makes about 3 dozen appetizers.
