BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1 lg. onion 1 lg. bell pepper 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 lg. can corn (whole kernel or cream style) drained 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream mushroom soup 1 c. or small pack sour cream 2 c. elbow macaroni or noodles Brown beef, pepper and onion together. Add salt, oregano, and thyme. Then add cook and drained macaroni to, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and sour cream and corn. Spray casserole dish pour mixture in pan and grate cheese on top, sprinkle with a few Ritz crackers crumbled or bread crumbs. Cook in oven about 30 minutes. This makes a large casserole for company or I put in two dishes and freeze one. It comes in handy. This also quick and easy. |
