BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. chicken broth
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked according to pkg. directions and drained
8 oz. grated American cheese (a little more is better)
1 stick butter
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
3 grated carrots
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine soups, broth, broccoli and cheese in slow cooker on low. Saute onion and carrots in butter. Add to ingredients in slow cooker and heat until cheese is melted. Do not overcook. The cheese will scorch. This soup can be made on the stove top, just be sure to stir often to prevent scorching.
