MOM'S STUFFING 
8 slices stale bread
Celery, 2 stalks
Onion, 1 large
Giblets from bird
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
10 unsalted crackers
Poultry seasoning
1 egg

Cook giblets in water until soft. Chop celery, onion and giblets in blender. (Save water from cooked giblets.) In a bowl combine giblet mixture and remaining ingredients. Moisten with water from cooked giblets to desired moisture. Stuff and cook bird as directed.
