POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. fennel seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown meat and onion in a skillet. Stir in spaghetti sauce and fennel seed. Pour mixture into a 9" x 13" x 2" pan. Cover meat with Mozzarella cheese. In a bowl combine eggs, milk and vegetable oil; add flour and salt. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Pour evenly over Mozzarella cheese in pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly browned. Cut into squares and serve.
