HAMBURGER SOUP | |
2 qts. water 4 to 6 beef bouillon cubes 1 1/2 lb. hamburger (frozen block) 1 onion, diced 3 lg. carrots, sliced 3 lg. potatoes, diced Simmer all 1 1/2 to 2 hours (or 8 to 10 hours in crock pot). Last 1/2 hour add 1 can V-8 juice and peas or corn or whatever leftover vegetables you have and 1/2 teaspoon salt. |
