BEET JELLY 
3 c. beet juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
6 tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello

Boil juice, Sure-Jell and lemon juice for 1 minute. Add sugar and jello. Boil for 6 minutes, stirring all the time. Place in jars and freeze or seal.

Beet juice is what is left after boiling your beets for eating or canning.
