FUDGE-PUDDING PIE 
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/2 finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie plate melt chocolate in top of double boiler, over hot, not boiling, water. Remove from heat. Beat in butter, sugar, and eggs well. Gradually add flour, beating just until combined. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread butter in pie plate bake 25 minutes. Let cool, cut and serve with ice cream on top.
