PECAN FUDGE 
1 (4 oz.) chocolate pudding pie filling
1 (5 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding pie filling
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. pecan halves

Combine pudding and pie filling, milk and sugar in saucepan. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, marshmallows and extract; stir until melted. Add nuts and stir until mixture starts to lose its glossy appearance. Spread evenly in greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Chill and cut.
