FRUIT SALAD | |
1 can mandarin oranges 2 cans (med.) pineapple chunks 5 bananas, sliced 2 lg. apples, sliced 1 c. pecans (optional) White seedless grapes, peaches, pears, or any other fresh fruit (optional) 1 box vanilla instant pudding Drain oranges and discard juice, drain pineapple and save juice. Take 3 tablespoons Tang (breakfast drink) and mix with pineapple juice. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over fruit. Stir and toss pudding and fruit. Pour juice with Tang over fruit and stir together. Let set for a while in refrigerator and serve. |
