1 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream (1 c.)
4 eggs
16 oz. can cream corn
3 pkgs. Jiffy corn bread mix

Melt the butter in a 9x13 pan. Mix everything else together, pour into pan with the melted butter and bake at 350 until it's browned around the edges and set in the middle, about 35 minutes. (This is good to take to a pot luck.)
