REALLY MOIST CORN BREAD 
2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
1 sm. carton sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Beat eggs and oil together. Mix in other ingredients. Bake in a greased 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

I have made this particular cornbread several several times and it unfailingly turns out so moist and delicious. I usually add 2 or 3 tablespoons of honey and it sweetens it just enough for us. YUMMY -- I have also been asked for this recipe and have shared it with others. I LOVE it and so does my family!!!

Just tried this for the first time. Very good! Restaurants always seem to have nice moist corn bread that I've never before been able to duplicate. Mine always comes out way too dry. This is very moist and tasty, very close to restaurant style cornbread. Super easy, too. Would recommend this to anyone.
