CHICKEN RICE WITH PEAS 
Rice (reg., not instant)
Chicken broth
1 pkg. frozen peas (LeSeur peas work best)
Butter, salt & pepper to taste

Cook rice according to package directions, but substitute chicken broth (College Inn or chicken broth cubes) instead of water. Boil the rice in the chicken broth. Five minutes before rice is done, add package of frozen peas. Continuing cooking. Add melted butter, salt and pepper; mix and serve.
