BEEF FILLET | |
Thermometer a must. Have butcher trim whole filet. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put filet in shallow pan on rack. Lightly salt and pepper. Add 1 c. beef broth. Roast in oven for 20 minutes. Cut oven to 375 degrees and cook until done. Use thermometer. After 45 minutes, filet will be pink. |
