CHICKEN 'N DRESSING 
1 (7 oz.) box Kellogg's croutons
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
2 c. cooked, diced chicken or 4 sm. cans boned chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix stuffing, melted butter, and water. Toss lightly to blend. Place 1/2 the mixture in 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Mix chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise, and salt. Spread over stuffing mixture. Top with remaining stuffing mixture. Beat eggs slightly and add milk. Pour over bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking. Spread with 1 can mushroom soup. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out of oven. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
