BETTY'S SALAD | |
1 head lettuce, chopped 1 can bean sprouts, drained 1/2 pkg. fresh spinach 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped DRESSING: 1 c. vegetable salad oil 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1/3 c. catsup 1 med. onion 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix dressing ingredients in a blender, salt to taste. Toss lettuce, bean sprouts and spinach with dressing. Sprinkle bacon and eggs on top last. Serves 8-10. |
