CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 oz. Mei Fun (rice sticks)
1 lg. head lettuce
1/2 lb. cooked chicken, chopped
6 green onions, chopped (opt.)

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. MSG
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar

Combine dressing ingredients and blend in blender.

1. Deep fry Mei Fun for just a second in very hot oil. Drain on paper towel.

2. Combine lettuce, chicken, onion; chill.

3. Just before serving, add Mei Fun and dressing; mix well.
